Regions Bank

As a business owner I love using Regions!!!

Usually polite but this branch is very understaffed.

Sat at the drive up window from 2:40 to 2:50pm before being helped.

When you call their customer service they give you the runaround.

If I could rate them with a NEGATIVE 5 stars then I would.

Although the payment was almost $4,000 they did not credit it to our account.
