Andrea Mann was very kind and great to work with .

They charge $2 a month for paper banking fees, which my other bank doesn't do.

When you call their customer service they give you the runaround.

If I could rate them with a NEGATIVE 5 stars then I would.

Although the payment was almost $4,000 they did not credit it to our account.
