This bank is awful! I spoke to a specialist about losing my job because of Covid-19. I told them that I would have money when I returned to my job back in July. The manager told me that she would release me a new card so that I could start to pay off my debt with my unemployment money. Well I call them back, because my check is going to be direct deposited into my account and I still haven’t received a bank card. The manager tells me that the specialist I spoke last time never said she would send me a bank card and didn’t put any note into my account about me paying when my check comes. So they closed my account and Just fucked my credit for no reason other than their “specialist” make incorrect notes! If every call is recorded, don’t you think they’d be able to go back and listen to the conversation? Guess they’re too lazy.
