On Tuesday an invoice arrived first thing, but no call.

This brought it home to me that these people really do care.

Whoever thought they set this place up the right way is sadly mistaken.

The “check-in” staffer was entirely unhelpful and incredibly rude.

I waited an hour for literally nothing.

When I call the staff is very rude as if I'm wrong for being my fiances voice.

The worst communication ever...
